WEDDING PLANNING, WEDDING COORDINATOR, DESTINATION WEDDING

The price for half-day wedding coordination (usually approx. 4–6 hours, e.g. ceremony + photo shoot + start of the reception) ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 CZK.
What half-day coordination usually includes:
Pre-wedding meeting: Handing over the schedule and information about suppliers.
Ceremony organization: Arrival of guests, arrangement of the wedding procession, coordination of music.
Photo shoot coordination: Organization of groups for photo shoots.
Transfer to the reception: Assistance with seating arrangements and the start of lunch.
Price differences by scope
Ceremony coordination only: 3,000 – 5,000 CZK.
Half-day coordination (approx. 4-6 hours): 5,000 – 10,000 CZK.
Full-day coordination (from preparations to party): 15,000 – 30,000+ CZK.
ORGANIZATION OF A CELEBRATION, CHILDREN’S PARTY, COMPANY PARTY OR COMPANY PARTY, “TEAMBULDING”:
Complete production (turnkey): Complete design, organization, location selection, technology and coordination usually starts at 25,000 CZK and more for the organization itself (excluding catering and venue rental costs).
Celebrations for smaller groups: Turnkey packages for smaller groups (approx. 6–12 people) range from approximately CZK 13,900 to CZK 18,000.
